$38 per person per entry (2 entries)
important: members of the team must attend the convention and may be allowed to miss two practices only and still compete. Fees will not be refunded.
So please check your family calendar before you commit to the team.

Friday , March 2 – Solos start / Since there is no school that day in Westfield, we will start solos at 3pm to 7pm/ Separate times per student to be posted
Fridays March 9, 16 , 30, April 6 solos starting at 4:30 – 7pm
Fridays April 13, 20 and 27th , May 4, 11, 18 25 Martial arts Capoeira scene 4:45- 5:
Saturday, May 12 separate scenes practice in interaction. Times to be posted between 10am-5pm
Saturday, May 19 Picture day at the studio with costumes / 10am - 5pm separate times to be announced
June 2, studio photos available for viewing and purchase. Appointments available 10 am – 5pm
Tickets available for sale 10 - 1pm
Saturday , June 9 Full run through at the studio/ act I, 10 – 12pm/ act II 12:30 – 3:30pm
Saturday June 9 Volunteers help prepare the float for the parade! 4 - 6pm
Saturday June 9 : 6pm line up for Dairylicious parade. Parade at 7pm. Wear older costumes please : )
Wednesday , June 13 – separate classes practice on stage 4:30- 8pm/ no costumes
Tuesday, June 12th: first group of classes separately practice on stage 4:30-8pm/ no costumes
Wednesday June 13th - second group of classes separately practice on stage 4:30-8pm/ no costumes
Thursday, June 14 – DRESS REHEARSAL/ ALL CLASSES WITH COSTUMES ON STAGE. 5 – 8pm/ Tiny Tots are released after they practice their performance within the storyline. All other students are welcome to sit in the audience along with volunteer parents only. All other parents please drop off dancers and pick them up at the end. No open audience allowed.
Friday, June 15th Recital at 7pm/ all students be there at 6:15 with costume, hair and make up.
Saturday June 16, Recital at 7pm/ all students be there at 6:15 with costume, hair and make up.
August 4, PICK UP RECITAL VIDEO AND PHOTO DVDS AT THE STUDIO. 10am-12pm.
